Membership

The Membership module features can:

• Maintain a database of members to keep track of demographic info and info on any and all church activities
• Allow the user (member) the ability to update their own data to eliminate this task from administrative staff. 
• Produce a church member directory online where the members have any time access.  Provide many different formats (look and feel) including pictures of the member family.
• Give the Church the ability to create mailing labels on criteria selections made.
• Give the members access to see their own information online.  Info such as contributions, pledges, activities, talents, interest, and schedules.  This will alleviate the member from calling the church for this information. All they will have to do is sign in online.

Prospects

The Prospects module features can:

• Maintain a database of prospects to track  demographic info and info on any and all prospect activities.
• Give the Church the ability to create mailing labels on criteria selections made.
• Ability to track prospects with specific customized ratings, such as HOT, WARM, COLD.
• Create reports on a prospects activities with the ability to printout specific selections made.

Offering & Pledges

The Offering module features can.

• Track by date, amount, and giving type (Pledge)
• Setup Pledges for giving, such as: Sunday Plate Offering, Building Fund, Sunday School, Debt Reduction, ... 
• Produce reports on offerings within date ranges specified by users.

Reports

The Reports module includes a wide variety of report options. 

• Produce labels in Avery 8160 format.
• Choose from all families in the database, Members only, or Prospects only.
• For Prospects and/or all families, you can choose which Prospect Temperature (Category) to print
• Choose the sort order, by zip code then family name, or by family name.
• Choose which zip codes to print.

Events

The Events module is where you can setup any kind of event that happends in your chruch.  You will then be able to track attandance by this event.  Also, events are how you place items on the church calendar. 

• Make an event for everyone, or choose from your database who is invited.
• Setup goals for event.
• Choosed to show event on calendar or not.
• Recurring schedule or one-off events.
• Default when tracking attdendance to present.

Attendance

The Attendance module will allow you to track attendance on any event setup in the Events module. 

• Can enter attendance on multiple events at once.
